Slow and Easy Mushroom and Green Bean Stroganoff

It sounds so good, doesn't it? Well, it's not. At all. I hate wasting food but I did NOT finish this. I threw it all away. I can't really even say much more on it. It was not good - I will not be making it again.

Vegetarian (vegan if tofu sour cream is used)
Total Calories: Since I'm never eating this again, I'm not going to calculate it
Makes: A lot of garbage
Cooking Time: 6 - 8 hours on low
